-had two people block me in one day
-one guy asked if Sister Fillmore and I were married. To eachother.
-A lady told us that we need her help to leave the "mormon cult" and not go to hell
-During our Sunday Zone devotional over zoom, we all got a notification that someone had messaged our Zone Facebook paged and called us a lot of colorful words.
Haha Facebook finding is quite a time.
BUT.
We have honestly had a miraculous amount of success! Right now we are teaching more people (who are ACTUALLY progressing) than Sister Fillmore and I have both have our entire missions! We also have some awesome potential people that might be taught in the future.
There are miracles upon miracles that are happening over here in Bend. I'm so grateful to have been able to watch this are completely transform! We are so busy and seeing so much success. When I first got in this area it was pretty dead, and Sister Atkin and I had to work pretty hard to get things rolling. I'm very humbled to be an "instrument in God's hands" to help others come closer to their Savior, Jesus Christ. :)
Yesterday we taught our friend from India about tithing. WOW he is literally so so amazing and his desire to follow God is so strong. We explained what tithing was and he goes, "Yeah, I totally believe in giving back and paying it foreward. It should be an honor to pay tithing!!" Our lessons with him are so full of the Spirit, even though the connection is usually bad and we have to ask him to repeat himself a few times.
This week we had a virtual mission tour (a general authority talked to us for three hours). There was one thing he said that I loved:
"God can't steer a parked car."
We have to made sure that we are acting! Revelation most often comes when we are on the move. Trust that God will be with you, and get out to work!
