This week Sister Fillmore and I have felt like international missionaries haha.
We are teaching someone from India who wants to be baptized! He contacted us on Facebook, and because missionaries were sent home from India we have been teaching him. He literally is so golden and so prepared.
When we taught our Indian friend about the Plan of Salvation and it really touched him. His dad passed away, and he said, "there is nothing better you could have told me." Then he asked about how that would work since his dad passed away before hearing this message. We are going to talk about temples and family history soon. :)
We've had lessons with people from Uganda, Bulgaria, India, and ITALYY!! I got permission from president to call and have a lesson with GIULIAAA (for all the Provo friends that know her, she says hi and she misses all of you SO MUCH). It was so fun to talk with her and share a message of hope!
I'm so grateful to be here in Bend. I honestly cannot convey everything that I've learned and how much I've seen God directing my paths.
Hey everyone I need you to pray for someone! Please pray that Eugene will receive a spiritual witness and testimony that the Book of Mormon is true. We've been teaching him since I've been here, and he is ready to be baptized. This is the last thing holding him back. He could use all of your prayers.
Today for P-Day we went around the Old Mill District here in Bend, so here's some pictures from that.
