Priest Lake, Idaho Trip
We were able to spend five wonderful days with Judy and Kevin Sheffield at their beautiful home on the lake. It's been almost five years since when we were there. Only this time we doubled our numbers so I was a bit stressed getting ready for the adventure. We rented two new cars and booked four rooms at Motel 6 in Montana. It takes twelve hours to drive to Priest Lake but driving there isn't too bad if you take a break and spend the night in Missoula.

I personally enjoyed the morning gatherings where two people were assigned to share a thought, song, story, or whatever they desired to share. Afterwards we would plan the day. Of course most of the time everyone voted for activities that involved water. At night we laughed a lot trying to get through fun crazy games. I'm so grateful for the privilege to have gone somewhere beautiful and quiet. Well, most of the time it was quiet. (Jen screamed the entire time she was riding the couch). To spend a vacation with those I dearly love was truly a blessing!
